In April 2016, Ecuador was hit by a 7.8 magnitude earthquake that devastated the area. As people were suffering supply routes were limited to government person-ell and international aids organizations that already had disaster relief operations in Ecuador. IMMUSA wanted to get engaged and offer its assistance to the Earthquake victims.

IMMUSA reached out to the Counsel General of Ecuador in United States and provided medicines and medical aid worth $5,000 to them. These were eventually delivered to the earthquake victims by the government of Ecuador in April 2016.
